Insufficiency occurs when the required documents or check information are incomplete, incorrect, or do not meet the required standards.
- A comment is mandatory while marking any check as Insufficiency, clearly mentioning the reason for marking it as insufficient.
- The comment added at the time of marking insufficiency is visible in both Event History and Person Check List column
- When the candidate belongs to a company while entering check information when the candidate, if any mandatory details are missing, the check status is automatically updated to Insufficiency.
- A notification email is sent to the company’s configured insufficiency email address, explaining the reason why the check was marked as insufficient.
- Admin users can view all insufficiency cases in the Order Check List.
- HR users can view insufficient checks directly from the Home Page for quick action.
- Whenever the customer uploads updated information or attachments to resolve the issue, the assigned team member receives an Attempt to Clear Insufficiency email notification.
